INTRODUCTION TO LEAN MANUFACTURING
This is a one day introductory and interactive training programme designed to familiarise your people with the various apsects of 'lean'. It covers a range of lean practices critical to reducing the various wastes in your organisation.
This is an excellent programme for those with little if any lean manufacturing experience. It also provides an excellent refresher course for anyone returning to lean implementation. This course can be delivered on site at your organisation or at a seperate venue if desired. Course materials are provided as part of the training package. The training package can also be tailored to meet the requirements of your organisation.
Outcomes from this one day course include a practical working knowledge of lean and a solid foundation for lean implementation in your organisation. The fears that many people hold following the announcement of lean are also reduced paving the way for greater participation and involvement.

Adopt an approach that improves the value creating process either through small or stepped changes.
