Statistical measurement of variability used to calculate process variation.
DEMING CYCLE - PDCA

GEMBA
Japanese term for a place where work place activities are performed.
ONE PIECE FLOW
The movement of one workpiece at a time between operations within work cells.
KPI
Key performance indicator, an indicator providing performance requirements in the form of a target as well as actual performance levels.
S.M.A.R.T
Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Timebound.
S.M.A.R.T.E.R
Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Timebound, Evaluated and Reviewed.
PARETO ANALYSIS
