Diagnostics
Our diagnostics service enables the Client to gain a specific understanding of areas within their business suspected or known to be under performing. The basic approach is for one of our consultants to spend a one, two or three days walking through the targeted areas of the Client's business gathering the appropriate information to match against current best practice. On completion the findings are reported back to the Client together with practical value adding performance improvement recommendations.
The Client may then elect to implement the improvements with or without the assistance of DAT Performance.
Our diagnostics service can be applied to a broad range of business activities and key processes ranging from selection processes to manufacturing and supply chain management . The process allows for an objective external view to be taken as opposed to what may at times be biased and limited in terms of improvement potential.
There is a strong focus on people as well as lean approaches. Every opportunity is taken to involve the Client's team as the diagnostics process is engaged. This usually removes the potential for people to be misinformed concerning the diagnostic process objectives.
